Barcelona, March 24, 2026 – Zyrcular Foods, a company specialized in the development, production, and distribution of plant-based protein, is once again present at Alimentaria, held at the Gran Via venue in Fira de Barcelona. During the event, Pilu Cuenca, a former contestant from MasterChef 11, successfully led a showcooking focused on the gastronomic applications of plant-based protein with the new Amara Green range.

In this context, Amara Probites were incorporated into a Middle Eastern-inspired flatbread dish, accompanied by plant-based yogurt, red onion, fresh herbs, and sumac, while the plant-based burger with mycoprotein was prepared in a Mediterranean-style dish using tempura zucchini flowers stuffed with plant-based cream and garlic sauce.

Meanwhile, Amara natural bites were integrated into a plant-based curry with chickpeas and pumpkin, topped with lime and aromatic herbs. To close the session, the chefs presented Amara’s plant-based beef-flavored burger, made from pea protein, free from saturated fats, and with high protein content. It stands out for its juicy texture and intense flavor profile, capable of replicating the meaty experience in a 100% plant-based format.

Pilu Cuenca highlighted: “Amara Green offers a range of plant-based solutions that combine nutritional value and culinary versatility, with gluten-free products that are high in protein, rich in fiber, easy to prepare, and designed to integrate seamlessly into everyday life.”
